The aesthetic of the interior design built and shown here speaks to the idea of geometric shapes being completely interchangeable. What’s interesting about these pieces to me is that they’re all recognizable as pieces of furniture, even though their shapes are highly uniform and similar to each other (the couch, chair, seat, and table are all really just flat surfaces with four legs). With that in mind, creating these was actually more a study of proportion and how much relative dimensions affect the way we perceive.

Each of the pieces was laser-cut out of 1/8" masonite.
